Tu has over 14 years’ experience working in various high-throughput laboratories in Diagnostic, Clinical and Research settings. She has broad expertise in NGS and Sanger Sequencing, cell-line authentication (STR profiling), PCR, DNA/RNA extraction, blood fractioning including PBMC isolation and high-throughput automation. Tu is running the Short-Read Illumina NextSeq 2000 at QIMR Berghofer. This includes a wide variety of library preparations, such as TruSeq stranded mRNA/tRNA, NEBNext Ultra II and 10X Chromium X (single cell).
