I am an accomplished Biomedical Researcher by training with experience in Research Ethics, Research Management and Compliance.
I have approximately twenty years’ higher education and scientific research experience, and over 6 years in Human Research Ethics as an Ethics Advisor. More recently, I transitioned in to a Clinical Trials Advisor role after completion of the MRFF funded 12-month ‘GROW’ program for Clinical Trials Associates training.
I have a passion for scientific research and appreciation for collaborative work involved in translating research from ‘bench-top to bedside’. My goal is to foster and build effective relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to define key issues in the conduct of Clinical Trials, develop and implement organisational improvements in a collegiate manner that contributes to the creation of informed and empowered academic research teams in the pursuit of research excellence.
