Kexin Yan graduated with a Master’s in biotechnology from the University of Queensland. She joined the Inflammation Biology lab as a Research Assistant since 2017.

Her research is focused on establishing mouse models and therapeutics for infectious disease, including SARS-CoV-2, Zika virus, Dengue virus, Yellow fever virus and West Nile virus.
