Originally from the UK, Jennifer is a PhD student based at the Gut Health Lab. Prior to this she was completing an NHR funded academic clinical fellowship as part of her advanced training in gastroenterology. During this time she developed an interests in optimising the management of Inflammatory Bowel Disease.
Area of Interest
Precision medicine in IBD including the role of diet in augmenting response to first line therapy in Ulcerative Colitis (UC).
The use of spatial transcriptomics in predicting response to medical therapy in acute severe ulcerative colitis (ASUC).
