Dr Casciello is an early career researcher with expertise in cancer epigenetics and molecular biology. His research focuses on the identification of factors involved in promoting tumour development and drug resistance phenotypes. He has extensive experience with in vitro and in vivo models for the identification and characterisation of target genes and proteins in breast cancer, ovarian cancer and melanoma, which has led to high-profile first-author publications in PNAS, Theranostics and Cancer Research.
